View Original Image: You now have the capability to view the original participant post from an image or video in the media gallery. You simply navigate to the responses view by clicking on "View Original Post".
Auto-invite Rule: Now you can set up an auto invite rule from the event users page to automatically add any user who get a group tag to the event.
Participant Image Zoom: Ever need participants to review stimuli or text in detail? Our added capability of image zoom allows respondents to zoom in/out and go full screen with an image. This works on both desktop and mobile devices.
Machine Generated Transcripts: Want to find a respondent quote but don't want to watch the whole video to find it? Now with machine transcription on participant uploaded videos, you can not only see it, but also click and search to jump to that part of the video!
Participant Obfuscation: Have a project where respondent data needs to be kept more private? With this participant obfuscation, moderators and clients can only see the first three letters of the participant email. Additionally, all participant avatars will display as the default avatar.
Full Screen Mode: The responses view has been updated to include a full screen button. This is great for small screens and when your view needs to be focused.
Help Updates: The help button now gives a link to participants, moderators, and observers help docs in addition to starting a chat.
Updated UI: Our developers are doing lots of work behind the scenes on QualBoard 4.0 to make the platform flexible, efficient and convenient for both researchers and respondents. One thing you may notice is that the UI has been updated to be more distinct, making it easier to navigate, so you and your respondents can find what you need quickly.
Logic Rules: You now have the capability to hover over the logic icon in the discussion view and see logic rules when they are present.
Automated Participation Reports: Automated participation reports are now available for the project level. The report shows the three most recent events, and the total column calculates the completion percentage of the entire project.
